Hey there! I’m Ahmed Faraz Khan, the creator of Online Life Guide – A self-help space dedicated to making your life a tad bit easier through practical and step-by-step guides on topics around social interactions, relationships, and personal growth based on practical Psychology.

A bit about myself: I have been a life-long student of psychology and human behavior. I am also a licensed practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic-Programming) and Hypnosis, and I’ve worked in the self-help space for over a decade. 

I have served in this space as a Life Coach, Writer, Trainer, Content Creator, and a Blogger in the past 10 years.

I started this blog because I wanted to create a resource hub – a space where people could find realistic advice, applicable wisdom, and sometimes a little bit of humor thrown in for good measure.
