Before diving into the affirmations, I want you to know that self-love is not about being perfect. It’s about embracing your uniqueness.

Self-love is about taking care of yourself – mentally, emotionally, and physically – just like you would for a dear friend.

It is about being kind to yourself, giving yourself credit for the journey you’re on, and wrapping your heart in the love and care it deserves.

Self-love is different from narcissism and being self-absorbed. It is becoming your own best friend, cheering for yourself when times are tough, and celebrating your victories, big or small.
